How do I create an account?

Register with your correct name, username, and Zambian phone number, then sign in to access the customer portal.

When are returns processed?

Eligible active investments are checked by the scheduled earnings processor. Each investment can receive only one return per return date.

How are deposits approved?

Deposits remain pending until a finance administrator verifies the payment reference or receipt.

How is my account protected?

The application uses secure sessions, CSRF protection, password hashing, login throttling, and detailed financial audit records.
